Clinic Medical Assistant

Angie's position as Clinic Medical Assistant involves rooming patients, taking vital signs, preparing charts, scheduling procedures, assisting the physicians and nurse practitioners as needed, and directing the smooth flow of patients through the clinic.

Angie and her husband Rob have a 9th grader, Lauren. They keep busy with her sports and other activities. Her daughter, Jessica, also works at Midwest Gastroenterology, and will soon make Angie a proud grandmother. Angie keeps busy with church activities and she enjoys exercising, especially kickboxing.

She keeps patients as her #1 focus. With friendliness and professionalism, she establishes good relationships. Angie goes above and beyond for the practice, looking for ways to help and improve. She has organized several employee blood drives. Her dedication to her job and the practice is very much appreciated.
