Employee of the Quarter
Each quarter we will highlight an employee for their contribution to Midwest Gastroenterology. Employees will be recognized for going "above and beyond" – attention will be given to such areas as teamwork, productivity and quality of work, versatility and reliability, rapport with patients and families, and attendance and loyalty.
The employee featured in the Employee Spotlight will be awarded with the "Employee of the Quarter" parking spot, be recognized with a brief article here on our website, and have their picture posted on the Employee of the Quarter board located in the main waiting room. They also will be presented with a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
